Delivery availability is subject to: Serviceability of the pin code
Courier partner network
Government or regulatory restrictions

Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation
Processing time excludes:
Sundays
Public holidays
Courier non-working days
Customized or personalized products may require additional processing time.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Non-metro / rural areas: 4–8 business days
These timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
Charges may vary based on:
Product type
Weight & dimensions
Delivery location
Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY)
COD availability depends on: Pin code, Order value, Customer history. We reserve the right to: Disable COD for certain products or users. Request advance payment for high-value orders

6. DISPATCH CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via: SMS, Email, WhatsApp (if available). Customer is responsible for tracking the shipment regularly

 

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILURE
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts
If delivery fails due to: Incorrect address, Customer unavailability, Refusal to accept.
The order may be: Returned to origin (RTO) and Re-shipped at customer’s cost Cancelled with applicable deductions

 

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)
Customers must ensure:
Correct and complete shipping address
Accurate mobile number
We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

9. TRANSIT RISK & OWNERSHIP
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier
Any delay or loss thereafter is subject to courier partner investigation

10. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package appears damaged or tampered:
Do not accept the delivery, OR
Record a clear unboxing video immediately
Claims without proper evidence may be rejected.

11. DELAY DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Strikes
Lockdowns
Government actions
Courier disruptions

12. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on:
Product availability
Warehouse location
No additional shipping charges will be levied unless informed.

13. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly mentioned.

14. NON-DELIVERY & DISPUTES
If an order is marked delivered but not received:
Customer must notify us within 24 hours
Courier partner investigation will be initiated
Decision of courier partner shall be final

Our liability is limited to the product value only
No compensation for indirect or consequential losses
