2. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS (IMPORTANT)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

Display screens, batteries, flex cables, fingerprint sensors
Opened or installed electronic items
Personalized or custom-made products
Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
Items without original packaging, labels, or accessories

3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (LIMITED CASES)

❗ Claims without unboxing video evidence will be rejected.

5. INSTALLATION & USAGE DISCLAIMER
Installation of spare parts must be done by qualified technicians
Damage during installation voids all return/refund eligibility
Products once installed or tested are non-returnable
We are not responsible for damage caused due to:
Improper installation
Voltage issues
Software or firmware problems
Mishandling

6. WARRANTY & DEFECTS
Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only
Warranty does not cover physical, liquid, or installation damage
Warranty claims require:
Unboxing video
Installation/testing video
Decision of inspection team shall be final and binding.

7. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted

8. REPLACEMENT POLICY
