2. DEVICE CONDITION & GRADING
Refurbished and used mobiles are sold based on cosmetic and functional grades:
Cosmetic Condition
Like New: Minimal to no visible usage marks
Good: Minor scratches or signs of use
Fair: Visible scratches, dents, or wear
❗ Cosmetic condition does not affect functionality and cannot be a reason for return.

3. FUNCTIONAL ASSURANCE
All refurbished and used mobiles undergo basic functional testing, including:
Power on/off
Display functionality
Touch response
Network detection
Speaker & microphone
Charging function
However, we do not guarantee:
Battery health percentage
Software updates
Future performance longevity

4. BATTERY DISCLAIMER (VERY IMPORTANT)
Battery health varies in used/refurbished devices
Batteries are consumable items
Battery backup complaints are not covered under return or refund
Battery replacement, if required, is the customer’s responsibility.

5. ACCESSORIES & PACKAGING
Refurbished/used mobiles may not include original box or accessories
Compatible accessories may be provided at our discretion
Absence of accessories is not a valid reason for return

6. SOFTWARE, UPDATES & RESET
Devices are factory reset before dispatch
Pre-installed software may differ from new devices
We are not responsible for:

7. WARRANTY POLICY
