Thorough cleaning and sanitization
Final performance testing to ensure smooth usage

How We Work

Device Collection & Inspection
Once a mobile phone is collected from the customer, our technical team conducts a thorough inspection. The device condition and any identified issues are transparently communicated to the customer.
Beneficiary Identification & Allocation
Families or children who register with us, along with beneficiaries selected under this initiative, are notified in advance. Upon approval, the refurbished mobile phone is handed over to the child along with a charger.
Documentation & Transparency
Details such as the child’s name, location, date of distribution, and a photograph of the handover are recorded on our portal. These details are also shared with the donor via email to ensure full transparency.
Donor Appreciation
Customers who support this initiative will receive a 20% discount coupon applicable to future products or services purchased from us, issued after the successful distribution of the mobile device.
