1. DEFINITIONS
<\/b>Refurbished Mobile: A pre-owned device that has been inspected, tested, repaired (if required), and certified for resale.
Used Mobile: A pre-owned device sold in its existing condition after basic functional testing.
Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing from 1NCREDIBL3.com.<\/p>\n

2. DEVICE CONDITION & GRADING
<\/b>Refurbished and used mobiles are sold based on cosmetic and functional grades:
Cosmetic Condition
Like New: Minimal to no visible usage marks
Good: Minor scratches or signs of use
Fair: Visible scratches, dents, or wear
\u2757 Cosmetic condition does not affect functionality and cannot be a reason for return.<\/p>\n

3. FUNCTIONAL ASSURANCE
<\/b>All refurbished and used mobiles undergo basic functional testing, including:
Power on\/off
Display functionality
Touch response
Network detection
Speaker & microphone
Charging function
However, we do not guarantee:
Battery health percentage
Software updates

4. BATTERY DISCLAIMER (VERY IMPORTANT)
